Damian Catera's short videos WEAPONS OF MASS BANALIZATION and HOT BUSH will be presented as part of "BREAKING NEWS", a festival of art, performances and music representing a multidimensional critique of mainstream news.

"Breaking News" will feature the work of several political artists including Ward Sutton (Shlock -n- Roll), Tom Tomorrow (This Modern World) , David Reese (Get Your War On) and Ted Rall, and is organized by Karen Sherman, Ralph Lewis, Catherine Porter, Sue Unkenholz and Ward Sutton.

The festival runs from October 9-12 but the mega-opening event will take place at the Judson Church Thursday Otober 9 @ 7pm. The Judson Church is located at 55 Washington Square South between Thompson and Sullivan Streets in the West Village ..NYC.
